Recruitment Procedure for Employers

Demand Letter

A Demand Letter has to be issued which helps us in finding out the requirement of Employers conforming these points :

  • What is the nature of Job
  • Number of candidates required
  • What is the monthly salary
  • What is the duration of contract
  • What amenities are provided to the candidates (such as air passage, food, medical etc.)

  • Letter of Authority

    A Letter of Authority is issued in favors of our consultancy, which is being addressed to the Consulate General of the concerned Embassies. The letter makes us the authorized recruiters for the manpower requirement of concerned country, catering all the related issues.


    Agreement of Employment

    The Agreement of Employment serves as the standard contract between an employee and employer.


    Selection of the candidates

    We select the applicant, only after taking the oral and written test as per the guidelines of the employer.


    Medical Check-up

    After selection, the candidates are sent to authorize centre for general medical check-up.


    Application for visa

    We make available all the documents required by the employer, which can prove the authenticity of the selected candidate. The documents include passport details, medical details, photographs and other documents.


    Ticketing and Emigration

    All the Ticketing and Emigration requirements are taken care by the employer to facilitate the traveling.


    Orientation before departure

    Before departing towards the destination a basic orientation program is carried out by our firm to make the candidate familiar with the requirements of the foreign land.
